Humboldt County embarked upon system wide upgrades to their telecommunications system to include new Sites; Site Upgrades; Towers and Radio Shelters throughout the County to support and improve public safety communications. The projects required design, permitting, bidding and construction in remote and mountain locations. We were retained as Owner’s Representative and Project Management in collaboration with the design team and County Telecom Crew.
