The shortage of commercial lease space in the vibrant mining community of Elko Nevada was the opportunity for the owners of this property to develop a first-rate multi-building project. The owners retained the services of Don Mackey Architect and a separate contractor to construct the first building shell. The owners reached out to our firm to complete the U S Forest Service office in building one, working with the GSA and Forest Service. Due to issues encountered during the shell construction of the building, the architect requested that our firm be on the team based upon our former working relationship, knowledge of pre-engineered building systems and design build / design assist construction.
Because the owners were so pleased with our work on building one, they hired us to complete the second and third buildings and do all tenant improvements. The project is now complete and 100% leased.
