We were engaged by the Owner and Civil Engineer to assist in developing scope and engaging with the Architect and their team to complete design, permitting, and compliance with the developer’s design standards for two buildings on this unique site in the city of Reno. The project sits upon a kidney shaped parcel at the end of Barron Way surrounded by three hills.
Building 1 is constructed with both masonry and a pre-engineered metal building. The first floor masonry section has a sales floor and inventory storage. The upper floor metal building section houses administrative offices and meeting rooms. Building 2 is ported on three sides providing six covered storage bins under roof and a shop and warehouse facing the front.
