This project was negotiated during the most turbulent economic times in recent history requiring the design team, owner and contractor to work together creatively to accomplish the owners requirements. This complex project adds an automatic car wash, demolishes the former showroom and offices, remodels and adds a new contemporary dealership on a completely upgraded site.
