The Carry On Trailer manufacturing plant, the largest building in Humboldt County at 167,000 sqft, was contracted under a Fast/Track Design/Build mode of delivery. Development of the 30 acre site began less than a week after we were contracted.
Throughout the construction process we maintained close communication with Carry On's CEO Jay Pearson which let us maintain the Fast Track schedule and ensure the facility met all of Carry On's needs. The concrete floor and foundation were completed in 5 months and the facility was open and operating less than a year after groundbreaking.
